Edit a call or appointment

It is simple to modify a scheduled call or appointment in PatientWing. 

To edit a scheduled call or appointment:

• You must be logged in as a site or sponsor level user who has access to update trial patients for a trial
• Navigate to either your patient dashboard or the patient dashboard for the study
• Select "Edit" to open the patient details window for a patient
• Select the "Appointments & Calls" menu option
• Click the green edit button under the appointment
• You can then update the appointment details including the date, time, duration, and description 
• Once you have entered all of the information click the blue save button to save the updates
