Key Updates

  • 💬 Implemented new “Reason for change” controls and requirement feature for all patient data and records. Any create, change, or delete action related to patient data will require a valid reason for change that is captured and shown in the audit logs.
  • 📤 Implemented a new admin feature to enable audit log export to CSV.
  • 🗒️ Updated the audit log view to be table based with key informational columns of data show to streamline review of audit logs for patient records.

Bug Fixes

  • 📁 Fixed a bug preventing creating new Studies in the platform.
