Bug Fixes

• 🎁 We spotted an issue where the date of birth input field validations were not working. This release corrects the validation issue.
• 🎁 We spotted another issue where the display of the date of birth in the patient profile may incorrectly show the month of January. This release corrects the display issue on the patient profile.
• 💬 We updated a segment of text in our confirmation page once patients complete the prescreen questionnaire to ensure our translation vendors aren’t receiving duplicate text entries.
