Delete a campaign

Please note that if you delete a campaign, the campaign URL will no longer direct people to your PatientWing study page. If you are planning to delete a campaign make sure to update any existing links with a new campaign URL before deleting the existing campaign. If you'd like to stop collecting data on the campaign without removing the link completely you can edit the campaign to disable the data collection.

To delete an existing campaign:

Make sure you are logged in as a researcher or sponsor user.
Navigate to your Dashboard
Select "Campaigns" from the left menu to open the campaign dashboard
Use the filters to locate the campaign that you would like to delete
Select the "Edit" button for the campaign
Click the red "Delete Campaign" button in the upper right of the campaign details module

Make sure you are logged in as a researcher or sponsor user.
Navigate to your Dashboard
Select the trial from your study list
Open the "Management" section of the Study menu on the left of the screen and select "Campaigns"
Select the "Edit" button for the campaign you would like to delete
Click the red "Delete Campaign" button in the upper right of the campaign details module
